Terms of use for Endress+Hauser SICK GmbH+Co. KG websites

1. Scope

1.1 Endress+Hauser SICK GmbH+Co. KG („Endress+Hauser SICK“) are entitled to modify these general terms of use ("Terms of Use") and all texts, data, graphics, images, applications, tools, logos, directories, databases, lists and other information and content ("information and content") on the websites of Endress+Hauser SICK without prior notice and to stop operating the Endress+Hauser SICK websites or parts of them.

For specific inquiries about our products, solutions and services please contact Endress+Hauser directly. 10.3 The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies; the application of private international law and the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) shall be excluded.

10.4 Place of jurisdiction is the registered seat of the Endress+Hauser SICK GmbH+Co. KG.
